From waterways to harbours is only a small step and most harbours are dependent on or linked to the industry. The increasing pressure put on these industrial companies because of safety and environmental requirements, both by exploitation or expansion, leads to a necessary QA/QC program, in which Pollux can offer a valuable experience of over six years. Our main activity is the quality assurance and the making-up of construction documentation of process piping. We can provide assistance, starting from the check-up of materials and certificates, welding qualifications and the organisation of NDT, till the collection of all the related data and the making-up of a final construction file, ready for acceptance by a notified body. Drafting activities in various disciplines such as civil, maritime, mechanical and process fields. Our experience in the use of CAD programmes provides us the opportunity to accept all drafting orders. We can offer a BANT level II (Belgian Association for Non Destructive Testing) for the penetrant testing on metallic products. |
